Wall covers around thirty-two square miles and changes character completely from one end to the other. The eastern edge near West Belmar sits on compact, beach-adjacent lots. The middle, around Glendola, is conventional family housing. The western reaches toward Allaire and Allenwood open out into multi-acre properties, paddocks and stables.
That western half is where the township’s most substantial outdoor structures make sense. On acreage with horses and open ground, a pavilion can sit well away from the house as a genuine destination, sized for real entertaining rather than for a patio.
Closer to the shore end the same products work at a different scale — a pergola over a terrace, or a compact pool house that adds function without taking the whole yard.
On the larger western parcels a pavilion can be sized properly. With open ground around it there is no need to compromise on footprint, and it can be placed to take advantage of a view across a paddock or field rather than tucked behind the house.
Timber frame reads particularly well on rural properties, where the exposed structure suits existing barns and outbuildings.
Pavilion Styles Available
• Timber Frame Pavilion — exposed beams with a choice of shingle or standing-seam metal roofing.
• Standard Pavilion — vinyl or pressure-treated wood, with options including privacy walls, transom windows and decorative trim.
• Lean-To Pavilion — a lower-profile design for placement close to the house, a pool deck or an existing patio.
On the eastern, tighter lots a pergola is usually the more sensible structure. It adds shade and definition to a patio without consuming a yard that has limited room to give.
On larger properties it works alongside a pavilion rather than instead of one — framing a pool, an outdoor kitchen or the route between the house and the barn.
Pergola Options
• Vinyl Pergolas — low-maintenance, with optional privacy panels, reinforced posts and retractable shade fabric.
• Wood Pergolas — pressure-treated pine or cedar in flat or arched profiles, freestanding or attached to the house.
• Sizing — standard footprints through to custom spans, scaled to the patio or pool deck.
Wall has the space for a pool house at almost any scale. On acreage that can mean a substantial building with a changing room, bathroom, storage and covered porch. Nearer the shore it more often means a compact, well-organised structure that keeps equipment and towels out of the house.
On rural properties there is also the practical benefit of consolidating storage — pool equipment, furniture and seasonal items in one weather-tight building rather than spread between the garage and the barn.

• Siesta Pool House — an A-frame design suited to a poolside setting, pairing a finished interior with covered outdoor space.
• Custom Layouts — changing rooms, bathrooms, storage and kitchenette configurations specified around how the pool area is used.
• Exterior Matching — siding, roofing, windows, doors and trim specified against the main house, whether that is a rural property or a shore-side colonial.
